Every night before we go to bed Brad puts the ingredients for our breakfast in the blender. There is protein powder, kale, fruit, avocado, and coconut milk. Some times he adds in almond butter as well and who knows what else. I don't really ask - I find it is better to drink it and not think about it. :) In the morning he mixes up the shake and leaves half in the fridge for me when he goes to work. We are going to try one with pumpkin this weekend as well as a sweet potato hash recipe that looks delish!That is our general breakfast each day - a smoothie and then the egg muffins and salad for lunch. Today I get leftovers for lunch. We had some delicious skirt steak last night...but that is for another post. :)
