Another use for Spaghetti Squash

I ate dinner with a friend at Jason's Deli this evening.  I had salad with some ham on it - nothing fancy.  There were no croutons involved, nor did I indulge in their yummy roasted red pepper humus or ice cream for dessert.  Brad took care of the home front.  We knew that our spaghetti squash was ripe and ready to be used.  He wasn't in the mood for marinara sauce again so he decided he would use some of the homemade spinach pesto our sweet neighbors gave us.  Brad cut up some sausage and red peppers and sauteed them in the skillet.  He then mixed the pesto in with the prepared spaghetti squash.  He said it was a very flavorful meal and he really enjoyed it.  I look forward to us making it again and having some myself.
