Some times there are things we cannot change. This is me learning to accept that and be thankful through it.

Venison
Yum! I love some chicken fried venison! We had some deer meat left over from Brad's kill last year in the freezer. We found a recipe for it online and decided we would change it up a bit and use almond flour. It was not as moist as it is with regular flour - but it was a doable substitute. The boys loved it and asked for more. We also roasted some butternut squash, sweet potatoes, carrots, and purple onions in a little Olive Oil. We had pineapple for dessert. Tonight after church we will have leftover vegetables and some grilled ribeyes. Can't wait!
